Computer Security Incident Response
We provide in-house, on-site, and on-call computer security incident response support. Such support includes, but is not limited to the provision of an Incident Response Team (the team) to increase the client organization's ability to respond to computer security incidents; provision of a specified number of hours of on-call technical assistance to the client organization site and/or sites and a response to incidents at those sites within a specified time frame; communication of important information about threats and vulnerabilities to the organization in a timely manner; and perform research on system vulnerabilities, conduct system vulnerability/penetration studies, and develop computer security incident response tools.
